Excerpt: As soon as the warrenty expired, it stopped working giving an error code. After finding out it would cost $200 to fix, I unplugged it for awhile and see it if would reset. After plugging and unplugging for about a week, it decided to work for a few more weeks. Just as you forget that it quits working, it stops working again and the plugging and unplugging begins again. Since it is a built in, it takes a stool and moving spices to get to the back of the cupboard to plug and unplug. I am pretty tired of plugging and unplugging this horrible microwave. It was on the Consumer Reports recommended list, but DO NOT BUY!!!
Pros: Looks pretty
Cons: Choses when it will work
piece of junk

Excerpt: I bought this microwave because of the name, and I have had it for almost 2 years. I thought Samsungs were supposed to be good. After the first month I started hearing a loud noise when the microwave got hot. It got worse over the months. Before the one year warranty was up I had it fixed free of charge. They had to replace the motor. Well after a few more months, guess what? It is making the same noise, although it is not as loud, and I hope it will last me for a while. The other thing about these Samsungs, the buttons are very hard to push. Next time I will buy a Whirlpool or Kenmore.
Pros: nice features
Cons: unreliable , buttons are hard to push
Easy install and very quiet.

Summary: This microwave operates exactly as promised, which in my opinion is rare these days. It is quiet, heats fast, was easier to install than other brands I have installed in...
