Summary: First unit making loud noises. Second unit still somewhat noisy during cooking but not nearly as bad. Very pleased with cooking and reheating results. Interior like the stove interior, very nice quality.
Pros: Dual lights, Durable Interior, Full Control Of Features, Iq Cooking Feature, Numerous options
No one minute-six minute presets; 30 second preset

Summary: I didn't bother to ask--since I figured that every new microwave oven on the planet had them--if this microwave had one-six minute presets that all of my other microwaves have had for ten years. And, of course, it does not. You have to program them--bad form. In addition to not having a single button option for a minute to six minutes, when you want a quick 30 second heat, you still have to press the power button after pressing the 30 second button.
Pros: Nothing just yet...too pricey for what you get; it does have a large turntable
Cons: No auto presets!!! I would not buy nor recommend this unit.
Summary: Not long after we remodeled our kitchen and built custom cabinetry around a GE Profile microwave, the GE died and was unavailable for replacement. I had to find something that would fit in place of the GE, and preferably had a blue display to match my other "modern" appliances. This Samsung had the blue display and was the right size. I would have preferred a higher quality unit, but I just couldn't locate one that met my requirements.
Pros: Perfect fit replacement for dead GE Profile
Cons: Feels cheap, dim lighting, buzzing sound has developed
Summary: Overall this is a great microwave and matches beautifully with our stove. My only frustration is the color coding of the controls, they seem a bit backwards but not too much of an issue once you get used to them.
Summary: Looks great. Smudges on stainless steel wipe off without a trace. I use a Kitchenaid that has more power, 1-yr old, and more expensive. However the Samsung cooks more evenly and heats probably 10% faster. Sensor cooking is awesome--Samsung gets baked potatoes perfect.
Pros: Heats more evenly and faster than other microwaves I use.
Summary: When we remodeled, we had no microwave but we knew it had to be an over the stove type since we did not want to eat up counter space. We liked this one because it had the metal interior that was dark so...easy to appear clean (shameful I know). I've always disliked microwaves because they always looked dirty on the inside. This doesn't have that. Admittedly we have not used this much but it is there for when we do.
Summary: Overall, very nice product. It took me a while to install since this microwave is about 1/2 inch taller than the previous one. I couldn't figure out the difference until I made the measurement much more carefully... besides from the installation, it is a very nice product. We've been using it for about a month now. very good machine. i wish they spent few more extra minutes while designing the buttons but other than that it's a very good microwave.
Pros: large, the look
Cons: buttons... i think it is a bit confusing. it could had been designed a bit smarter
Summary: Microwave is easy to use and functions well. Seems like a decent product. To be honest though, we don't do much real cooking with it, mostly defrosting, reheating leftovers, etc. it works great for what we need.
