Summary: Bought this two years ago. The keypad went out two times in first year (Samsung covered these replacements). It is now the end of year 2, and it is out again. This is a defect in the product. I should have believed the reviews.

Summary: We have purchased several Samung products over the year and felt we could trust them to produce good products. This is the worst appliance I have ever purchased. The SE error occurs and we have to unplug and reset the clock at least every day or two. I can't believe this product was not recalled.
Summary: I got my Microwave at HHgregg, thank goodness for that. My first one did the *** SE *** error thing, it started turning on by itself and the control panel would not respond. Unplugged it to reset it only to work for a short time. Talked to hhgregg and they agreed to exchange it. Well the next on was damaged. Then the third one unlike the postings here worked for just over one year, now it's out of warranty, and they want $250 to fix it.
Summary: Disclosure: Purchased at Home Depot, not Amazon. Our first one was delivered scratched, so we arranged for a new one to be delivered a few days later. The first one had problems with the panel (see reviews on Amazon, DIY fix on YouTube). Second one had the same problem. Like another reviewer, I expected this problem had been resolved by now. lol...
Summary: STAY AWAY! This is a bad OTR microwave and begins giving you problems almost immediately. SE Errors, service tech 2 times and more errors! Touch Screen or something just doesn't do well. Definitely Avoid this model.
Summary: The control panel on this unit failed (froze up) immediately after it was installed. It took 15 days for a service technician to show up and he replaced the control panel. Two days later the control panel failed again. Samsung has refused to give me a refund and insists that I have to go through letting them try to fix it again. But, they can't get a technician here for another 2 weeks.
Summary: My Samsung experience. I purchased 4 new samsung products. 50% of them upon install did not work--dishwasher & microwave. They have not worked properly for 7 weeks now.This mircowave didn't work upon install-the touchsensor control didn't work. 5 days later it was repaired. Now it is making loud noises--the dishwasher repair man said it could be the transformer. I still have a repair request out--4 weeks. Now they are deciding whether to replace the entire product.
Summary: I bought my model at Best Buy, but it's the exact same model number. Like others here, I have noticed weird behavior with the control panel over the course of the first year of owning this thing. Randomly stops reacting to all touches requiring unplugging, SE errors, entering functions on its own and not responding to any input ALSO requiring unplug, light coming on on its own, etc. The convection feature makes a really loud rattling noise, too.
