Summary: After returning the first one due to a failed door switch, the second one works well. The door switch is undersized for the current it needs to handle. The work-around is to always press the stop button before opening the door if the unit is working.
tactile buttons are a little too hard to press and there are no basic one-click buttons like potatoes, frozen vegetables etc

Summary: First microwave we got had a gash on the box and the plate was broken. Not sure why you would pack a glass plate at the top of a package with only minimal cardboard to protect it. Returned and got another.
Summary: This microwave is a piece of garbage. It stopped working after only 3 months of very light use, and Panasonic will not let us return it. It runs, but it does not heat the food. Additionally the display is such junk that you can only see it if you are looking directly at it; if you look at it from...

Summary: I'm disappointed. The interior dimensions are listed as 10-15/16"high. Even with the tray removed, the height is 10-4/16"(or 10-1/4"). I have jars that are 10-1/4"that I want to be able to heat.
Summary: OK, I don't have this exact microwave, mine is the NN-7735 that is about a year old but it looks very similar in layout and design. The door latch on mine is the worst I've seen on any microwave. The door has to be SLAMMED to get it to close, then it is hard to open.
Summary: I got this in 1st week of March, and now it has stopped working. I have always bought Panasonic Microwave ovens and this is the first time it failed so quickly. Reason I bought this is we need a large microwave for thawing bulk frozen foods.
