Summary: Until now I have always owned relatively inexpensive microwave ovens and thus didn't expect much out of them other than heating (eventually) and a turntable. However, when the most recent one died, I decided to put a little effort into finding a replacement. This unit has performed remarkably well. I really enjoy the sensor features, which allow you to cook or reheat without guessing how much time you're going to need.
Summary: This microwave is small and fits on the countertop but has enough power to cook or warm quickly. Exterior is attractive and controls are reasonably intuitive to use. Power level pad must be pushed 5 times to get to 50% power rather than pressing "power level" and "5" but once you get used to that it can be done quickly. Very satisfied after using for a month.
Summary: I purchased this microwave several months ago so far so good. It did take awhile for me to adjust to the the different settings. It's really does wonders with the sensor cooking technology.....but I warn you to keep an eye on it because it might dryout your meal if you're not paying attention other than that I would say it was a good purchase. Money well spent on a good quality product.
Summary: It is a nice unit and it works well. It was a little smaller than I expected and I spent a few dollars more than I had hoped, however the free shipping was great. I would recommend it to others.
Summary: Within 9 months after purchase, using the oven to melt butter in a microwavable container, the unit failed catastrophically, sparking and sending out acrid smoke. Panasonic claimed they were very concerned about product safety and that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. They indicated someone would come out to the house to personally inspect the product. That was bogus. They never called. A second complaint was filed and also ignored.
Summary: I've only had it a month, but it's been ok so far. I've used it only for simple things & haven't had any problems. I do have a complaint about the panel design; it's all the same color so it would be nice if the start button was a a different color to quickly differentiate it from the other buttons. Also, a nice feature I've had with other microwaves is to have the oven "beep" every minute or so after it's done as a reminder.
Summary: Works as expected BUT; does NOT have a heat COFFEE button. God drinks coffee, but Ms. Panasonic does NOT??? Works FINE! Delivered on time. NO coffee button. (The Japanese still drink tea, eh? When will we "Americanize" them on this Very Important Point, never?
