Summary: This microwave oven is a very nice-looking addition to your countertop. If you shop around and look at other microwaves being sold I think you will agree that this machine looks much better than the rest. It has all the features you can think of and does a good job of heating your products. After all, isn't it nice to have a nice-looking appliance to enhance your kitchen? Highly recommend.
Pros: Compact, Easy to use, Exceeded expectations, Convenient
Summary: We need a smaller microwave to fit the space in our little kitchen - we looked at everything, and Panasonic wins, hands down. Best quality & great features - we are very happy with this microwave.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Clean, Easy To Install, Heats Evenly, Perfect size, Powerful, Quality construction, Simple Display
Summary: This is one of the best microwaves I've ever had. I use it several times a day. The not having a touch pad controls was one of the features I like. I have found real buttons work better and last longer. The cooking is fast, defrosting faster. It looks good, easy to clean. What more can I say? You do need to read the instrucion manual before you start using it. A little different to use than other microwaves. Easy-breezy after the read.
Pros: Inexpensive, Compact, Easy to use, Exceeded expectations
Summary: We are really disappointed that the quality of this little microwave is poor. It's the right size (it doesn't take up a lot of counter space), was powerful enough to reheat/cook what we needed and it's really nice looking. When it worked, it worked great. The first one we bought we returned because the power cord on the back wasn't well attached. If it got bumped it would shut the power off to the unit.
Summary: First time it was broken within 6 months. Got it fixed - changed fuse. No charge because it was within warranty. But still lots of hassle - two weeks no microwave. After one year it was broken again! This time ordered fuse from panasonic parts website - 2$ each. Replaced fuse and it was working again. If your microwave is broken, don't throw it out yet. Google for "fixing panasonic microwave" for youtube instructions. Likely it is the fuse.
Summary: We purchased the Panasonic NN-SD372S microwave in December, 2013. For about 6 weeks it was very quiet and heated food (slowly), but by early February, 2014 (after the 30 day Amazon return period expired) the rotating platform started screeching. It sounds like a bad bearing or drive belt. Now we must deal with Panasonic and enter a long and likely painful interaction with customer service.
