  • Summary: Our second of this model and a great microwave when it was working, but yesterday we were using it as normal when it started to smoke very badly. Dissapointing.

Jane Smith, Amazon
25 September 2014
  • Summary: Good machine but it had a fault and then the problems started. I sent it back and had a refund, think carefully about buying an electrical appliance on line! The after care from Panasonic was not very good.

A "classic" downgraded.

Sam Hare, Amazon
13 September 2014
  • Summary: As much as a microwave can be called a classic (it can't really, it's just a microwave) the previous version of this was it. Intuitive to use, bakes as it grills as it irradiates.

Slimline means it isn't a combination over, apparently, it is "slim" on everything including depth.

  • Summary: This relies upon a small quartz grill in the top of the oven and a small fan that in our case was as noisy as hell, we thought it must be us and gave the oven a second chance, and a third, and a fourth etc. etc. Well it wasn't us, we wondered what the death rattle was, could it be the turntable?

Not what it says on the package.

15 March 2014
  • Summary: The convection oven uses the grill and just adds a fan, so too much heat is directed onto your food and hence it burns. The oven temperature is below one selected. I have owned previous Panasonic combinations and they had a separate convection function.

Great Microwave

Christine Lancaster-Roe, Amazon
8 April 2013
  • Summary: Looks stylish and is very easy to use. I chose this microwave as it had more height and I would be able to get a jug inside and be able to stir the contents. So many have such a small interior. Have only had the item for just over two weeks, but so far I am impressed.

Quick, but can't replace a real oven

contradanza, Sainsbury's
12 January 2013
  • Summary: This oven is much more useful than a microwave alone: it quickly makes wonderful baked potatoes with crispy skin and fluffy inside, and is great for reheating things that need to be browned and crisped.
