Summary: About half the time when I push a button there is no response. I don't know what they are called, but they're the flush circuit board buttons that have no give or feedback (other than the beep) when you press them. You have to press so hard for them to work that you will move the microwave unless it's already against the wall or back of the cabinet.
Summary: This microwave arrived as promised in perfect condition. It has preformed to my satisfaction and since I use my mcrowave a number of times a day it has gotten a definite workout. I would definite recommend the Oster Microwave to everyone who wants a hard working microwave.
This is my second Oster, I burnt some popcorn-entirely ...

Summary: This is my second Oster, I burnt some popcorn-entirely my fault-in the first and eventually gave it to someone else who needed one. It works very well, no troubles at all. The comments from folks about it making their breakers trip should be deleted, in my opinion, as their problem is a wiring issue-modern kitchens should be wired to 2 or even 3 breakers. Overload causes the breakers to trip.
Summary: I bought this for rental property that I own and it quit working two weeks after I got it. Amazon did a great job of replacing it, but it is still a hassle to return an item of this size. I would expect more from a name like Oster. Lesson learned: save your packing material for at least a month.
Summary: When Old Betsy kicked the bucket earlier this year, i felt so let down - had that microwave oven since the millenium! Found this stylish model - love the long handle (rather than a button to push) which opens door. Never had a white microwave before - got to go with newly re-painted kitchen and I'm lovin' it!
