Summary: Junk. Like most other posts we have owned this unit less the 2 years and used moderately. Now it won't even heat a cup of coffee. Into the garbage it goes and never again buying Maytag as I anticipate the same as all the others with customer service.

I can't imagine how much these two repairs are going to cost - so much for the lonely Maytag repairman.

Summary: I'm developing a love-hate relationship with Maytag, and I'm running out of love... quickly. Their products look nice and work very well, at least for a while. But in the end, serious design flaws across all their product lines will cause you nothing but misery down the road.
