Conclusion: I researched microwaves that had the functions of my 12 year old appliance that eventually broke. This product was affordable, the features were perfect for what I needed and it looks great! The only downside is that you need to press buttons a bit harder.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Conclusion: At first was overwhelmed with the options already set up in the program for this micro, but after just a couple of weeks it is easy to use. The style is so nice and is the final piece to my complete LG kitchen.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use, Style/Design
Conclusion: I am very happy that I purchased this particular microwave. It looks great, has all the features I was looking for and my wife is happy with this model. She says she really likes the one touch reheat preset function. For example, when she reheats pancakes she says they are not soggy or hard.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
Conclusion: Love this microwave. Love how quickly food cooks, the power save button, and all of the features. Downside no express cook button, but you don't have to press time start then numbers then start. Just punch in the numbers and press start. Easy to use and clean!
Conclusion: I purchased this lg to replace a 15 year old sharp over the range. This microwave is quiet, the stainless steel blends well with my black top range. The smart buttons are very handy and takes the guess work out of tasks, like softening butter as opposed to melting butter.
Conclusion: The door has a tin sound when opening and closing. There is a static crackling sound when you press the "start" key. The same noise is heard when you hear the stop beep. Sounds like an electricity problem.
