Conclusion: Honestly, I am more disappointed in the customer service from KitchenAid, not RCWilley where this was purchased. In fact, our RCWilley salesman went way above and beyond to help us out during this so this review is no reflection on him or RCW. Our unit stopped working March 15, 2014 after purchasing in late August of 2013. Today is April 15, 2014 and there is still no resolution.
Looks great, but has some quality and functional issues

Summary: Length:: 0:12 Mins The Good: * Great looking unit * Love the large oven and huge glass window and glide-out rack * Cooks very evenly * Microwave has some neat features and appears to function as a legitimate second oven The Bad: * Microwave fan continues to run after cooking is complete, very annoying. * Oven temperature can NOT be changed on-the-fly. Cooking must be completely canceled and restarted at new temperature, thus cancelling out the cook time if set.
Summary: Maybe we got a lemon, but have had this oven for almost 2 years, and I HATE it! I am a very good baker, and was known for my grommet cupcakes. In my old oven, the cupcakes baked for 21 minutes and were perfect every time. This oven is so inconsistent. The exact same recipe now takes 13 minutes. Sometimes they don't cook through, but left any longer, the bottom burns. I tried the convection feature, and same inconsistent results.
Had To Have Serviced After Less Than Two Months Of Use
L. RAIDERS, Amazon
17 August 2013
Summary: I don't normally give one star reviews, but... We only used the microwave of this combination unit maybe ten times previously when after about two minutes of reheating, there was a popping noise, after which the microwave failed to start again. We tried disconnecting the circuit for five minutes or so. No luck.
Summary: The main oven takes forever to reach selected temperature. In particular, there's a very long wait between 395 and 400 degrees. Our old Whirlpool reached cooking temp in about half the time. For the price, this is pretty lame.
Three types of malfunctions on a less than 2 month old unit

Summary: Length:: 1:05 Mins We ended up getting this unit solely because of the cutout size of the existing cabinetry and this was the best(and most expensive) option we seemed to have. We had a Whirlpool prior to this and the microwave failed years ago, while the oven was still functioning--never get a combination unit for that reason. Installed on 12/27/2012 and ever since then, there are three types of malfunctions in the microwave: 1.
