Summary: Our microwave broke in September (4 months out of warranty). KitchenAid recommended service company, just finished 7th service call. Now part is on backorder until end of January. 4 months is too long to be repaired. No hope, just looking for another to fit the space (we remodeled based on this unit).
Summary: We love the new wall oven I purchased for my 85 year old Mom. She is now baking biscotti's and loving the convention feature and cooking three cookies sheets of them all at the same time. The convection convert feature helps you recalc the temperature by entering what you normally cook in a conventional oven making it easier to use convection bake for better results every time.
Summary: We have this product built into our island. It saves so much space. Our last one was above the oven and was a monster and took up a lot of space. This is great! Very easy to use and love the pull down.
Summary: Replaced a GE microwave that caught on fire with this one! Not only does it look fantastic, it cooks evenly and is easy to use. Really love the programming. Thought I might miss the keypad but is so easy to use I like it even better without it. Really love the fold down door too! Can't wait to upgrade my built-in oven!
Summary: I bought this microwave because it was the only one on the planet that would fit in the hole that I had to replace my old microwave. It doesn't even have a timer. It's too smart for its own good. Works OK but nothing special.
Summary: I had wanted to upgrade my kitchen since I do all the cooking. I upgrade from a single oven to the Kitchen Aid Stainless steel Convection double oven. Since my microwave oven was 16 years old I decided to replace it with the Kitchen Aid microwave that matched my oven. It cooks great and looks really professional.
