Summary: This Kenmore replaced the similar model # of a couple of years ago. The new one is definitely more poorly constructed (materials, etc.) It has a "sea level gimmick" that supposedly aids your microwave cooking. (Heh?) Attempted to heat a large frozen lasagna for the prescribed 20 minutes. The machine apparently over-heated and shut down 14 mins into the scheduled time. Upon cooling-down, the unit has performed OK since that month-ago incident.
Summary: The turntable on this machine stopped. Were told to go to local Sears. They said they'd get fixed or replace. We got back same machine and found teeny note that said to have replaced by seller. Since I cannot find the place to give a great big SHOUT OUT TO 4-to-1 Sellers here it is -- they were WONDERFUL. Am annoyed by the continual buzzing to remind me that something has finished cooking and find the popcorn setting to not be forgiving ...
Terrible, touch pad stopped working after 10 months

Summary: I bought this directly from Sears, I wish I had gone to Walmart and just bought a cheap 60 dollar microwave. It's very loud and after 10 months of use most of the touch pad no longer works. What a disappointment. I would have expected this product to last longer than a year.
Summary: I HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR 8 MONTHS, IT SPARKED OUT, NOW AMAZON WILL NOT HONOR THIER WARENTY! ITS ONLY A 90 DAY RETURN, SO TAKE MY ADVISE, DONT BUY IT, YOU WILL HATE IT!!! AMAZON JUST SENDS YOU THOUGH A LOOP, TALKING TO THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY, WHO KEEPS SAYING ITS NOT OUR PRODUCT. THAT'S FUNNY BECAUSE I FOUND IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! HONOR YOUR WARENTY, NOT FOR 90 DAYS FOR A PRODUCT THAT SHOULD LAST FOR 2 OR 3 YEARS!!!!
