Summary: And he's the one who came up with the idea of the world's most unnecessary and difficult to remove sticker on the front door. Other than that, the product seems OK for the price; a bit tight inside and underpowered (cooking times seem to be about 20-30% longer than a larger microwave).
Summary: I purchased this microwave for our rental cottage since it was compact and modestly priced. I tested the "beverage" function which worked fine. It appears to be a well made microwave with the important functions such as "popcorn", "potatoes", etc.
Summary: It took more than 1/2 hour to remove label as it is stuck on front panel and is impossible to remove without some sort of adhesive remover. tried alcohol and scraper! machine works fine, so far.
Summary: it's is a fine machine works well as described, only one complaint... who ever decided to place a large pressure sensitive label across the entire front glass door should be taken out and shot. removing it took a long time and was annoying.

Summary: In use, it emits a smell, a bit like burning plastic, but different enough from that to make me worry more. I appear to be the only reviewer of this product to mention that so perhaps it's an anomaly but I thought it is worth mentioning.
Summary: This is a great, small microwave for one person. Unfortunately, the manufacturer chose to use an enormous label that covers the entire door, but is not of the peel-off kind. It could not be harder to get off.
Summary: A good price but can't figure out WHY a company would adhere a huge promotional sticker to the actual glass door of the microwave. What a pain to have to peel this off. I will actually have to scrub it off with water.
Summary: I've owned this microwave for over a year and it's performing as well today as when I bought it. It's simple to use and easy to clean. The only sacrifice is that the power isn't that great (which is fine considering its small size).
Summary: I first bought this Haier Microwave last year (after extensive research) for my Mom, who had just moved into a very tiny kitchen. She loved it! Fast-forward a year, and I unexpectedly found myself moving into a tinier kitchen! So who did I call? You betcha! HAIER!
