Summary: I like product fine but--- one of the small plastic wheels on the Turntable ring assembly was broken in two. I estimate the cost of the item less than one cent. I proceeded to report the problem. Informed to provide date of purchase, price paid and other BS. Eventually I just gave up and use half the wheel which skids along, frequently jumps off the the ring and really pees me off.
Summary: Average usage. Just warm up small dishes and milk. No heavy wear and tear. I was disappointed that this microwave only lasted less than 2 years. Again, it has to be said that this machine was never used more than half dozen per day for not more that a minute. My previous GE microwave oven lasted twice more than this Haier has given me. Could not recommend this product.
Summary: I have had my microwave one year.About 4 months ago I noticed rust marks at the interior back bottom seam. Water accumilates under the glass plate and the door has condensation after each use.If not wiped out daily the microwave smells fowl.Rust is also on the front interior rim which has caused the interior of the door to disintergrate.I only uses the microwave for warming food up.This product needs taking off the shelves. Will there be a refund?
Summary: I bought this item it was compact and great, a year later the door button broke from the inside of the unit and the door locked. i opened it tried to fix it but the hinge was made out of plastic and had broke. Then it stopped heating up food so i threw it away, they should invest more int he parts they use.
Summary: Ive had this microwave for 5 months and the open button sticks, making it annoying to close. Its a nice looking microwave but thats about it. It also heats unevenly, leaving your food with cold spots.
Summary: Very happy with this microwave unit. Fits my kitchen area perfectly and works very effectively so far on everything I've zapped in it. It took me all of 30 seconds to take the sticky door advertisement off with no problem and no need for goo-gone afterwards. As far as zapping something longer than 6 minutes, press the power button once and then punch in the time wanted--then press start. Easy to do!
