Our quest to find the best microwave upgrade continues
8 November 2013
Summary: We've seen other high-power, high-capacity cookers that cost a lot less. Reheating almost anything at the touch of a button is a tempting feature, but unless you think you'd use it often, you'll probably want something less expensive.
Pros: The GE Profile Series 2.2 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Oven is a high-end, high-wattage appliance with enough capacity to handle just about anything you want to cook in it. You'll be amazed by how well the automatic sensor reheat function works.
Cons: At $359, the sensor reheating is about the only advantage this microwave has over less expensive models.
