Summary: this product barely lasted a year, there were problems from the beginning and they were intermittent. There was a metal piece like a staple in side that caused all kinds of problems. stopping, not starting, . this is not a great microwave.
Thank god I didn't lose my home due to this poor decision of a microwave

Summary: I only had this microwave for 2 years, but about a year ago, the paint started cracking inside and made weird noise. I think it was about to start fire because of the rust/cracked paint. Not worth a kitchen fire, threw it away!!
