Summary: Had the microwave 6 weeks before the magnetron went out. The repairman ordered a part but then decided it was unrepairable and the manufacturer would have to replace it. Frigidaire hasn't replaced it yet. I've been 2 months without a microwave.

Summary: I bought it only because I bought the fridge and range professional series, so I didn't have a choice. The microwave had factory defects and was replaced twice. AJMadison provided excellent customer service and handled the problem well.
Summary: We were very happy with this microwave and even liked it better than our old Dacor which cost a whole lot more. It has a nice keypad, a good fan, and a good light. It's easy to operate and very roomy. But then, after 14 months of moderate use, the magnetron went out.
Summary: Bought this item to replace another frigidaire over the hood that only lasted 3 years. This one lasted 13 months. Out of Warranty hired repair company who tried fixing and had charged me 250$ to rapair. They refunded me the money and told me i was better off getting a new one.
