Summary: The door broke on this microwave after 1 year and we took it apart to see the inside and there was a tiny flimsy plastic piece that broke. Now we are going to have to buy another one. Just not this brand. When you cook something, the timer goes off every 20 seconds until you open the door. You have the option to turn it off completely or be driven crazy. Also, it doesn't have clear instructions on how to defrost vegetables. Other than that, it worked fine.
Summary: Great microwave, easy to install. The door has a solid "thunk" sound when opening and closing (the less expensive Frigidaire micros sounded cheap and tinny in comparison). It also has a powerful and quiet fan with a couple of different exhaust configuration options. My only gripe is the display, which is a green backlit LCD (not LED not VFD) which is fairly low contrast and sometimes difficult to read in low light conditions.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Clean, Easy To Install, Heats Evenly, Powerful
Summary: Illumination inside the oven while cooking is dim. Lighting underneath the oven meant to illuminate the stove cooking area is also dim. If you have a log house like I do, be prepared for an arduous installation procedure. Aside from the above, no complaints.
