Summary: This is not top of the line product, but its ok, easy to install. The door does not have a good solid feel when opening/closing. No problems, but that is my only complaint. The packing was very good, and the shipping was timely.
Summary: When the cook/defrost time has stopped it beeps 3 times, if you don't open the door it continues to beep, pressing cancel still doesn't stop the programmed 3 beeps. One beep would be fine, but 3 beeps, then more beeps, it doesn't stop until you open the door- very poor design. Does not cook potatoes on the programmed select pad, door is flimsy. If I had to do it over I would not have purchased this model.
Summary: I am a property manager of a 252 unit complex. I use these microwaves all throughout my community. They work very well and very rarely need replacement. My only complaints are that from time to time, the door to the microwave will crack around the glass and the handle will break easily. There are small cracks that are often not noticeable to the untrained eye, but these are the things that I am paid to notice. The handle will sometimes just break off by the screws.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Clean, Easy To Install, Heats Evenly, Powerful, Simple Controls, Simple Display
Summary: We purchased this microwave out of desperation when our current microwave died. After many comparisons, we settled on this basic model because of the price. We got a relatively powerful unit, with a decent reputation for reliability, for a relatively inexpensive price. That is the "good" and why I gave it a generous 3 stars. The "bad" is what prompted me to fix our old microwave (a Kenmore) and return it to service.
