Summary: This a great dual use (convection + microwave) oven. The only trouble we have had with it is that the aluminum cover of the oven door got detached from the door's assembly after two years of using the oven. The cover ended up interfering with the hinges on the left side of the door while opening the door. As a result the door could not be opened, and the aluminum cover got bent. Fortunately, we had an extended warranty with Abt. Hopefully this was a fluke.
Summary: 2 immediate faults. It turns itself on for no reason and runs for 1 minute then turns itself off, and repeats. Also, the turntable "off" switch does not work in the convection mode. I called customer service within the first week. Polite. They gave me 2 local service companies to repair the computer portion of the microwave. Cust. service agreed these were know glitches and could be easily re-programmed. I haven't made the service appt. yet but am hopeful.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Install, Heats Evenly, Powerful
Summary: Convection microwaves are all different, maybe that's why the reviews are so scattered. I purchased mine from a local Michigan appliance store and found the unit to be excellent on many measures including function, style and initial quality (we've had it a month). It's almost as fast to preheat as regular large Jenn Air oven and the settings work well to heat food.
Summary: This is possibly the worst investment that I have ever made. The first one we owned had so many problems that they gave us a new one. We were told that to replace all the defective parts would cost more than replacing the unit. So they did after a lot of hassle. The replacement was no better. The convection oven would not heat to over 200 degrees. We can't even cook frozen French fries. With both ovens we have had problems with the warranty department.
Summary: large capacity, with wider turntable than my old one. 1050w output, cooks faster, and comes with turntable stacking racks, as well as extra fixed shelf. No sensors! Has preprogrammed cooking buttons, but doesn't work from sensors. This is old school! Yes, the clock's LEDs are dim, but I have a watch and a phone that tells time, as well as an oven clock.
Summary: If only the time display on the real oven was as bright as the one on the photo. We have a dual fuel double oven from Electrolux and above it is our new E130BM60MSA. The microwave display is 1/6th the lumen level of the big oven by actual measuremment. This makes it almost impossible to see during the day in a kitchen that does not have very big windows, thus limited sunlight. I have called Electrolux and was told "that's the way it is".
Summary: This is attractive microwave. It is very quiet and powerful. The fan works very well and again is quiet. The convection function works well, but cooking time is longer than a range. I'm very happy with my purchase.
