Summary: I bought this microwave June 1, 2014, and on November 28 it stopped heating. I called Cuisinart and they told me to return to Macy's. I bought this online and had it delivered, because I don't live near a Macy's. Then she stated that she could help me open a ticket.
Summary: I purchased this microwave less than 5 months ago and the 7, 8 and 9 minute buttons do not work. The 3 year warranty is misleading in that the purchaser must pay for shipping to their factory for repair, then insult to injury, you have to also pay for return shipping back to you.
