Summary: After a few years of use the paint inside is coming off. Hope the radiation is contained in the microwave!!! All else works good....bad paint job!! Poor quality junk I would expect these days! Please someone make a good brand and charge a premium for the quality.
Summary: Ours lasted about 2 and a half years before the keypad started pressing the 1 button over and over on it's own until it gave an error. Can't find a replacement part so we are going to toss it.
Summary: I've had this baby for three years and it's definitely the best appliance purchase I've ever had. I love the quiet setting! I'm a quiet dude and have never needed to shrill beep of a nuker to tell me my food is ready. The tag team of me nose and tummy remind me that food is being prepared.
Amana ain't what it used to be now that it is a Whirlpool/Maytag product.

Summary: Had an original RadarRange which worked perfectly for 15 years and was still working fine for the person i sold it to for at least 2 years after I moved. This model lasted less than 2 years. Guess I won't be buying the Maytag/whirlpool version again. It was a well researched but expensive mistake.
Summary: I bought this microwave in February 2012 and love it. That is, until the paint started to chipping from the top of the microwave. I have started using a plastic cover to keep paint chips out as well as splatters in.
Summary: We have been through many microwaves, they usually only last about a year (we must be pretty tough on them). This one has lasted several years and still has the appearance of being new, as well as working like it is new. It has a large capacity and heats evenly.
Summary: I was hesitant to purchase this microwave due to the low number of reviews. After a fair amount of research, I decided to take the risk. I bought it for a family member in her late 60's. It shipped quickly and so far I'm really happy with it.
Summary: Purchased this based on almost perfect review/rating. I hoped this one is made in USA, but it is not. Made in Malaysia if any one cares. Build quality is nothing out of ordinary compared to other GE/Kenmore/etc.
Summary: Just bought this to replace a 17 year-old Panasonic that died because of an irreplaceable $10 relay.... I do enjoy not having to press so many buttons, same as with our 26 year old Amana that sits out in the garage popping popcorn on Saturday afternoons -- press numbers and "start".
