Solid product. Mouse is comfortable. Keyboard layout is good.

Summary: PRO: The key layout is what I am used to with full size backspace and shift keys. The size is small enough to fit in my laptop backpack. The mouse is comfortable and shaped well so my hand can fully rest on it. CON: The lack of an on/off switch on the keyboard is an issue for me since I carry it in my backpack. I often have to reset the keyboard by removing the battery. By default, the Num Lock is on when the laptop power which is a known issue.
Summary: Wanted to post this in case someone else had this happen--namely, after phasing it in, none of the keys worked on it. Nothing in the instructions mentions this, but, on the Verbatim site, they tell you that there's a sneaky little “Connect Channel” button on the bottom of the keyboard that activates it. After pushing that, it works like a charm. This is a good wireless multimedia keyboard with keys that you can feel (and hear) yourself tapping, and it looks good.
Summary: This is the smallest mouse that I have been able to get my hands on. The wireless adapter fits snugly out of the way in a USB port, and the mouse is instantly connected. No waiting or delay while the unit 'finds itself'. Motion is smooth and reliable even on shiny surfaces. All of the functions of a full sized mouse just fits in the palm of your hand.
