Summary: The battery life on this is just awful, anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks is it. To make matters worse changing batteries is a major pain in the %&^. You cant get the old ones out without finding a knife or something thin to pry them out. Considering the thing turns itself off every couple of minutes of non-use you would think it would have better battery life. (I find clicking a button to wake it up is annoying too).
Summary: Compared to my much older Logitech wireless mouse and my wife's newer Logitech mouse and keyboard set, this item is a complete waste of money. For starters, the original batteries were failing within days. After replacing the batteries, it still stops working if it left unused for more than a few minutes and has to be turned off and on. Even when it is "working" it is jittery and inaccurate.
Summary: There are better cheaper wireless mouse out there. I had mine for about 5 months and the mouse wheel doesn't work properly and I have to change the batteries every week, if lucky. I do not recommend this.
Summary: This handy little wireless mouse is a perfect match for your Toshiba Netbook or laptop. Looks good, the transmitter is tiny (stores neatly in the bottom of the mouse & turns off the battery) and only sticks out of the USB port about 1/2", much less than the older travel mice... Excellent buy...
Summary: The mouse stopped working after 5 months. I checked the batteries. They were still good, but I replaced them anyway. I checked the Toshiba website and found that the majority of the 11 reviewers experienced the same problem.
