Conclusion: We'd just mind that cable (it didn't take much to kink it up, in our experience), and look for this model on sale. Models like Logitech's Gaming Mouse G300 come in at quite a bit less ($35 when we wrote this) and offer much of the same basic functionality (minus the lighting and texture) for a bit...
Pros: Comfortable texture, Tight tracking, Zone-customizable lighting, Battle mode changes lighting according to click speed
Cons: Kinky cable, Slightly basic software, Right shortcut button prone to accidental activation
