Excerpt: Remote was easy to use however, it is confusing where the operating buttons are. It seems like the large button should be an off on but it isn't. The back and forward buttons are black on black so hard to see.
Excerpt: I have a somewhat larger laptop and I've had two fans replaced and when, they first go, it's nice to have this handy. I would use this with a smaller laptop, but probably now that my insurance ran out on my laptop, I'd buy a larger more powerful model.
Excerpt: The Targus Laser Presentation Remote is a simple-to-use and well-designed device. The USB stores neatly inside the case, making it a little more difficult to lose, and the unit offered true plug and play compatibility with my Mac Pro. No driver to download, a compact form factor that fits comfortably in hand or pocket and it works as intended. Can't think of any way that Targus might improve the product.
Excerpt: I like the remote, but have had problems accessing the storage area for the flash. I can't easily open it. As a result I have had to leave it in my laptop and then I accidentally hit it against a table and bent the flash. The laser pointer works fine but I am unable to change slides. Guess I have to buy a whole new Targus remote. Will have to figure out a way to carry the flash so it doesn't get lost or BENT.
Summary: Great presenter to use for Power point and Prezi. Since it is tough to get a clicker just for Prezi. However, Targus has to fix the backing as this gets destroyed easily ( back cover) .plastic connectors are cheap considering the whole thing cost me $50 from Office Max The presentior was used five days...backing gone! Have to get a new one( I'll wait till targus fixes this.
Summary: Great product, the hardest problem I had was finding a presentation remote compatible with my Mac Book Air. This item is great, it has the option of using it for Powerpoint for Mac, or Mac Keynote. The price on Amazon was half the price that I purchased this item at staples office supplies.
Excerpt: I purchased this travel mat thinking it would suffice for regular use. It is a smaller mat, doesn't extend as far as my computer and the edges end up leaving marks on my leg which are a little uncomfortable.
