Expensive piece of junk

Summary: Simply put, the MMO Mouse is NOT worth the price. It is a very good idea, but an uncommonly lousy implementation. Especially side buttons feel very cheap and suffer from design having overruled functionality and common sense. The programming software couples the mouse too tightly with WoW, so using it when you are not playing WoW, is not somewhat bothersome.
Summary: So I got this mouse. It's the worst thing that you can buy for the money. Takes a long time to figure out the controls. Buttons are placed in areas that only a giant could get to. The worst part is after one month of use all the finish is corroding off the mouse. The light is coming through the areas that are slowly falking and peeling away. To top it off, Steel Series will not replace or fix said mouse. Reason why... You didn't get bent over and buy it from our website.
Summary: I bought this mouse specifically for the extra buttons. As a wow raider and healer I was already used to using my mouse for most of my healing. The only way I could get this mouse to work satisfactorily was to use the "enable in game mode" and partner it with the Clique add on. This allowed me to use either key bindings with the mouse or set up macros that work in game (not through the chat window) as you'd expect if you're used to an add on like Clique.
Summary: I bought this mean looking mouse for my bf and it just looks so cool. The only problem is that there are problems with its extra buttons working on his computer. We are sorting it out with their Tech support, but buyers might want to be wary that addons for WoW may prevent it from working properly when you first hook it up.
Summary: This is a great mouse for me. That being said it took me half a day to really get used to the feel of this mouse. There is a steep learning curve. Once I got comfortable with this I really enjoyed it. There was some issues with the software and Win 7 64-bit. I wouldn't spend $100 on this mouse. I was able to find it at best buy for $69 which isn't terrible in my opinion. I like you can switch the color of the LEDs and have different profiles.
Summary: The d-pad thumb buttons for left and down are difficult to press. The back and forward buttons are placed high. The forward and d-pad are not back enough. The right side two buttons are unused. The extra buttons I could use quickly are: back, d-pad up and right, the middle left and right.
