Summary: When I first got this mouse, the software was giving me trouble. When I emailed customer support about it, their solution was to just ship me a different, cheaper mouse (Rival 100) that used the third version of the control software - not an RMA, and not the one I was being asked to review.
Pros: >Laser sensor
Cons: >Buggy software >Unreliable hardware >Literally the /worst/ customer support I've ever had to deal with.
It's just COOL and overrated not the best for gaming

Summary: Wireless! But it can't be turned on without connect the wire of the base/charging dock! It can be good for CS or BF4 but not for dota 2 or LOL it's bad if you play these games don't even consider this mouse as a gaming mouse it's just cool mouse. cons not portable overrated, too expensive.
Summary: Was really looking forward to this mouse. Received the first one. Worked fine. Was impressed with the feel and quality of the product and the design put into it. Installed the SteelSeries Engine 3. It detected a firmware upgrade for the mouse.
Summary: I bought and had this mouse since 2011. It was a great buy for me at the time. It felt great on my hand and the settings had made the mouse a steal to buy. Sure it's $90 but I personally believed that this was easily justifiable for the features.
Pros: -Has a ton of colors to choose from when customizing -Feels pretty good in your hand -LCD Display is extremely useful for using multiple mouse profiles (which could include different colors, LCD image, mouse properties, etc.) -Steelseries engine has a ton of customization when it comes to the mouse
Cons: -Lifespan is, if you're lucky enough, about 4 years of use -The cable is made of a braided fabric that, in my experience, intertwines if not kept neatly placed -The silver paint on the mouse can be easly worn off
Summary: This mice's driver is not signed correctly to run on Windows 7. It a basic software issue and blocks you use it on Windows 7, I don't how this may happen on their most expensive mouse. Poor sense of quality for SteelSeries. They simply didn't test before start to sell.
Pros: Easy to set up. The software works On board memory if the product description is to be believed.
Cons: So just got my RMA back from SteelSeries after a month and the supposed brand new mouse is still having the tracking problems. I have never had such spotty behavior from a wireless device. It will be working great and then slow down stopping and stuttering. SteelSeries will give nothing but canne...
Summary: Buggy Software makes this unusable; except possibly as the most expensive "basic mouse functions only" mouse out there. The software was downloaded successfully but will not load successfully; trying to update the Engine software gives an error, "Cannot open bootloader device".
