Summary: I've been burned by most mouses I've bought recently, and this one is no exception. About a year into its use, the middle mouse button has problems scrolling. Whatever direction you try to scroll in, the scroll wheel causes the direction to jump back and forth.
Wheel stopped working after 2.5 years of light usage.
9 February 2015
Summary: Ok this is a great product, at least was for 2.5 years. After not even a heavy game usage the mouse wheel is malfunctioning. When scrolling the wheel down the computer doesn't always respond to it. Instead when I scroll down and get to the middle of the page it actually starts scrolling up again.
Summary: SteelSeries has terrible support! After one of my mice began to display erratic behavior with the scroll wheel, I reached out to the RMA department. The first response was a request for the purchase invoice, the serial number, and my address. All of which I supplied.
Summary: After just a few months of use, I'm experience a scroll jump problem - that is, when I'm scrolling down, the mouse will randomly decide to scroll up. After doing just a little googling, I found this is a VERY common problem that happens with steelseries senseis (which this mouse is a redesign of).
Cons: I owned this mouse for 1 week, failed as soon as I installed he driver, mouse started to wig out, buttons randomly worked, computer wouldn't recognize mouse any more, so I wrote to Steelseries, for a RMA, What a joke on getting anyone to help, there system is not very good, the RMA process is ter...
Summary: I have had this mouse for 21 days. I liked it a lot until the two right side buttons stopped doing what I've programmed them to. I have them set to "3" and "4" for Diablo 3, instead they bring up the chat box. I've tried reprogramming them but that didn't help.
Summary: Would not buy again. Have series doubts about any of their other products. Inexcusable for a 70 dollar mouse.
Pros: Great until it breaks
Cons: Only mouse I've ever owned that has stopped working before 5 years. Stopped after one. Tracking issues on a steel series mousepad and the scroll wheel won't scroll down all the time without randomly scrolling up 20 times. Scrolling down will actually cause me to, on average, scroll up.
Summary: I just get this mouse 1 hour ago. It is a new one but it cannot connect to any computer ( actually I try 3 different computer with Win7, Win8 and WinXP system, but it just cant connect). I think this problem is ascribe of the USB line or the plug.
Summary: The mouse itself feels fine and works okay but the program is completely awful. First, if you are running windows 8, or even windows 7 and you don't have .net framework 3.5 you're in for a battle.
Mouse and Head set from hell for mac.... litterally.

Summary: Well I was excited to see these were "Mac compatible." Well if your a mac user do not buy these. I have the mouse and head set on my machine right now and it has detrimentally messed up my machine. The Steel Series engine dose not allow my Mac Pro to shut down properly.
