Smartfish Whirl Mini Notebook Laser Mouse Video Review
17 March 2011
Summary: What sets the Smartfish Whirl Mini Notebook Laser Mouse apart from many other wireless mice is it's patented ErgoMotion pivot system. It kinda makes the mouse feel like it's floating on air! This design makes the mouse much more comfortable to hold and reduces wrist fatigue. It's nice to see innovative thinking in the peripheral category.
Summary: This notebook mouse keeps your hand from aching after long usage. The only caveat with it is that you need to know how to hold it properly as it is "palm" grip.
Pros: Ambidextrous design, Wireless, ErgoMotion technology works, Very comfortable, Up to 10 month battery life
Cons: Mainly a palm grip mouse, not very comfortable when held in a finger grip due to its small size, No forward/ backward buttons, While compact it is still almost as tall as the original Whirl, Same price as full sized Whirl
Smartfish Whirl Mini Notebook Laser Mouse review, now on sale for $50

Conclusion: We can't say definitively if the Whirl Mini will ease those aches and pains since we never had 'em in the first place, but for fifty bucks its definitely a comfortable little mobile mouse. Would we suggest you pick it over the $60 Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX , which has been our favorite laptop mouse for quite awhile?
Pros: Tilting mechanism makes it comfortable, Comes in a variety of colors, No software required
Cons: Doesn't work on glass, No extra shortcut buttons
Excerpt: Today we are going to look at another mouse designed by Smartfish Technologies – The Whirl Mini. which just like the Whirl is designed with ergonomics in mind.
