Summary: I would never recommend. This mouse absolutely does freeze. Maybe not at first, or even often for a while, but eventually it will become unusable and begin freezing constantly every couple seconds. Picture of aftermath for dramatic effect.
Summary: I purchased 2 of these interesting looking mice. 1. Not only was the software very limiting (cannot change polling rate, random resets on dpi, profiles dont save properly) 2. Both mice broke within 5 months with the same problem, a faulty left click resulting in double/triple/quadruple clicks when...
Summary: Ok so I have the rat 7 and it's a nice mouse. I'm sure that this mouse isn't bad either. But $80 for this thing is outrageous! I got my 7 for for less than that and it's adjustable in multiple ways, 5600 dpi twin laser sensor and it looks cool.
The laser stopped working after a month. I would not recommend it.

Summary: The laser stopped working after a month. I would not recommend it. I had another rat 3 mouse who's cord stopped working after half a year. This model is no good. However, their RAT5 model has held up for me through 1.5 years at work.
Summary: Didn't buy this from Amazon, bought it at a local store from Finland. This product is just so bad i cannot recommed it to anybody. I'm not a player but I need a well performing mouse for graphic designing.
Summary: such a nice looking mouse, but it really is a huge disappointment. if you have the money, spring for the RAT5 as it is more likely to work. this mouse was DOA. would work occasionally, but has recurring moments of non-functionality
Summary: I've had this mouse for over 10 months. I like using the macro and changing the DPI with a click of a button. However, the mouse 'freezes' about 5 times per week. The cursor stops responding, clicks don't trigger anything. The DPI button doesn't work either.
