Great Customer Service!

Nadine G., Newegg
9 April 2014
  • Summary: It's great to work with a company that cares about its customers and its reputation. I'll definitely buy from Rosewill again and highly recommend them.
  • Pros: This is a great little product - mine just happened to lose its scrolling feature after a couple of months. Not to worry! I emailed Rosewill and IMMEDIATELY got a response from Mick. They apologized, did NOT require me to return the item, and ordered a new one to be sent to me from Newegg. All of this within DAYS of my contacting them. How great is that? Combined with Newegg's great customer service, I would confidently order again.
  • Cons: Of course I'd have preferred that the scrolling feature didn't malfunction - but the prompt and attentive customer service I received from Rosewill made it almost a non-issue.

  • Pros: worked great until it died.
  • Cons: Stopped working after 4 months. Tried it on different PCs. No dice. Just a cheap mouse i guess.

Great customer service

Richard A., Newegg
29 January 2014
  • Summary: I like to support companies that support their customers. Rosewill has done that.
  • Pros: The first mouse I had burned through batteries at a ferocious rate. It would not turn on again for me. I called the customer support number and they mailed me a new one - not even asking for a return. I hope ti works better than the last one.
  • Cons: First one died after a couple weeks.

Stupidly Small

Matthew E., Newegg
1 October 2013
  • Pros: It works
  • Cons: Should have noted that it is a MINI mouse, not a full size mouse. Perhaps that is what "traveling" mouse means. But my hands are the same size even when I travel. CALL IT A MINI MOUSE. That would save some trouble.

updated review

Ron L., Newegg
13 January 2013
  • Summary: Sent an e-mail to Rosewill's C.S. explaining the problem and very shortly received a response asking for Newegg order number, shipping address, etc.. Next day I received an email from Rosewill with apologies for the problem and saying they were shipping me a replacement at no cost to me. Didn't even want me to return the old mouse! Once again Newegg and Rosewill come through and prove why I am such a loyal customer of both of these fine businesses!!
  • Pros: Great price for a really sweet little mouse. Even with largish hands this small mouse is quite comfortable to use. Best range from anything wireless (excepting routers) I have ever owned. Rosewill's continuing excellent customer service.
  • Cons: Just a couple of days after the one month warranty period, the scroll wheel took to making a very distracting "dry bearing surface" squealing. I work in a very quiet environment and this was like fingernails on a blackboard. Totally unacceptable.

Interesting

Russell B., Newegg
15 September 2012
  • Summary: Mouse turns itself off automatically after about 3 minutes of inactivity. I suppose because of this there's no need for an on-off switch but it would have been nice. 3 Minutes is a good timeout but can be annoying when you write long-winded reviews like this one and go to move your mouse and there's no response, but a simple click that turns on the mouse but doesn't send one to the computer is all it takes.
  • Pros: Can hold the receiver inside the mouse, No need to worry about forgetting to turn it off (see below). Accurate and does what a mouse should do, even comes with a cloth bag to hold it inside.
  • Cons: Batteries that came with it lasted about a week (not much of a surprise) Can't turn mouse off without taking cover off and disconnecting the batteries, however its not really needed as with other wireless mice

The Price is Right

Matthew G., Newegg
25 July 2012
  • Pros: I was looking for a cheapo replacement mouse for my laptop and found this. I am currently using it for both gaming and web development work. The mouse works incredibly well! I left my mouse upstairs and two rooms over with my girlfriend and the signal traveled that far when she accidently moved it around, I was surprised. I got this with a 7 dollar off promo and it was the best mouse I could have gotten for 12.99
  • Cons: Two Cons, One is personal preference, the other is more of a suggestion:

works good until it quits

William T., Newegg
22 April 2012
  • Summary: I got this mouse with as an accessory to my new laptop. It worked well for almost three weeks, now it's hooked up and not working for no apparent reason. I'm suspicious of the nano receiver as the mouse acts normal as far as lighting up to clicks and movement.
  • Pros: Came with enough batteries to last until the receiver quit working.
  • Cons: Didn't last nearly as long as it should have for the price.

Pretty Good

Gregg J., Newegg
3 April 2012
  • Summary: The DPI switching is the only reason I did not give this 5 eggs.
  • Pros: Great range and no interference with other wireless devices.
  • Cons: No DPI switch. You press the left and center buttons to change DPI which makes it a tad difficult to figure out what DPI setting you are on.
