Summary: First, I actually like this mouse more or less. I have had 3 Razer MMO mice so far, always staying in the reliable Naga series. I purchased this one specifically for it's wireless capabilities, and for the advertised "exclusive in game item". Well, unfortunately for me, I purchased after the "advertised item" promotion was over, though the Amazon listing didn't reflect that in any way. It took about 2 weeks and several terse emails with the manufacturer to correct this.
Summary: The mouse itself is fine but the support software is really bad, the mouse would move very slowly for a minute or two after entering windows and after coming out of sleep the same issue would occur.
Summary: I have owned this mouse for almost a year now and I have not been very happy with this mouse. Either someone would have to really know how to make the transition from wired to wireless or I may have a defective mouse. There are times where I go from wired to wireless and for some reason the receiver cannot pick up the signal from the mouse. I try over and over and most of the time I end up wasting 30 mins or more on just getting the receiver to read the mouse again.
Summary: I bought this mouse as a replacement for my Logitech G700 mouse. My purpose to to add more options to my game play in SWTOR. First impressions through were not good. The surface of the mouse is completely smooth to the point of being "slippery". I never did feel like I had a good grip on the mouse and therefore felt a distinct lack of control. The 12 mmo buttons are also placed way too far back for comfort, at least the way that I hold the mouse for comfort (YMMV).
Summary: The first couple of days owning this mouse, I was having no problem. After a few weeks, I noticed some ridiculous bugs. Here's a list: 1. The mouse would be unresponsive when moving horizontally. 2. The sensitivity would not change, no matter where I changed the settings 3. When working wirelessly, at random times, the mouse would be unresponsive for a second or two, then work again. 4. When working wireless, It does not work AT ALL anymore. Very disappointing product.
Summary: My experience with the mouse was sadly very bad. I unfortunately got a defective mouse and have already returned it. At the times that it was working though there were time where it would freeze and become unresponsive (lag) and then there were time where I had to reboot it all together. Finally it altogether stopped working. I feel biased because I had a defective devise but I just didn't ever have a good time using this mouse.
Summary: I go through mice almost as fast as they come out. Not because they wear out, but because i am always looking to improve my game. This one falls WAY short of all expectations... but it does work so 2 stars it shall get. Let me say before i go any further if you want THE best mouse of this type it is currently the R.A.T.7 mmo mouse, everything else is just laughable in terms of customization and comfort for those all night play-sessions (yes even the naga).
Summary: I've tried this mouse for a couple of months now (since SWTOR was released) and while there are many things about it that are neat, overall I've felt disappointed. The design of the mouse seems solid, but there aren't any extra side panels that you get on other Naga products to customize the fit. The LED backlighting is nice, but since it's under my hand most of the time, I rarely notice it. Where the mouse fails mostly is on Wireless lag and software.
