Summary: Impossible to get some exact replacement parts, such as the usb cord that specifically fits into this mouse. It is way too expensive and the customer service just gives you a runaround for a couple of weeks and tells you the parts are not available, check back later.
Summary: First, I actually like this mouse more or less. I have had 3 Razer MMO mice so far, always staying in the reliable Naga series. I purchased this one specifically for it's wireless capabilities, and for the advertised "exclusive in game item".
Summary: The mouse itself is fine but the support software is really bad, the mouse would move very slowly for a minute or two after entering windows and after coming out of sleep the same issue would occur.
Summary: I have owned this mouse for almost a year now and I have not been very happy with this mouse. Either someone would have to really know how to make the transition from wired to wireless or I may have a defective mouse.

Summary: Bought this as a replacement for my Razer Naga 2012 Expert MMO Gaming Mouse when I reconfigured my computer desk and wanted to switch to a wireless mouse with similar capabilities (my wife happily took the Naga off my hands). Purchased 22 August. Initial thoughts: Very happy with the shape.
