Impossible to get some exact replacement parts, such as ...

Summary: Impossible to get some exact replacement parts, such as the usb cord that specifically fits into this mouse. It is way too expensive and the customer service just gives you a runaround for a couple of weeks and tells you the parts are not available, check back later. For the money I paid for this mouse, you would think they would personally deliver a new cord to my door.
Summary: First, I actually like this mouse more or less. I have had 3 Razer MMO mice so far, always staying in the reliable Naga series. I purchased this one specifically for it's wireless capabilities, and for the advertised "exclusive in game item". Well, unfortunately for me, I purchased after the "advertised item" promotion was over, though the Amazon listing didn't reflect that in any way. It took about 2 weeks and several terse emails with the manufacturer to correct this.
Summary: The mouse itself is fine but the support software is really bad, the mouse would move very slowly for a minute or two after entering windows and after coming out of sleep the same issue would occur.
Summary: The mouse looks pretty. That's about all the nice things I can say about it. The Razer synapse program crashes only seconds after I launch it. Once it stayed open long enough for me to click the color crystal code redemption button, and when I did I received an error message telling me to contact their customer support, which I did. Too bad their customer support is worse than EA's. For $150 I was expecting a mouse that actually had software that wasn't buggy.
Summary: The first couple of days owning this mouse, I was having no problem. After a few weeks, I noticed some ridiculous bugs. Here's a list: 1. The mouse would be unresponsive when moving horizontally. 2. The sensitivity would not change, no matter where I changed the settings 3. When working wirelessly, at random times, the mouse would be unresponsive for a second or two, then work again. 4. When working wireless, It does not work AT ALL anymore. Very disappointing product.
Summary: Bought this as a replacement for my Razer Naga 2012 Expert MMO Gaming Mouse when I reconfigured my computer desk and wanted to switch to a wireless mouse with similar capabilities (my wife happily took the Naga off my hands). Purchased 22 August. Initial thoughts: Very happy with the shape.
