Good mouse...Misleading description...

Summary: The mouse is well built, well thought out, and performs better than I anticipated. If it weren't for deceptive marketing practices it would be rated five stars. As of 07/23/2013 Amazon is still listing this product as coming with a unique color crystal in-game. That's actually the reason I purchased this mouse, as opposed to one costing far less, when my old one died.
Summary: This mouse did not work well for me. It is heavy for a mouse, weighing at least double what my old mouse weighed. The sides also seem to be at a slight upward angle which combined with the weight, position of the buttons and lack of rubber grips made it constantly slip when picking it up. On top of that the software required to macro the buttons was incredibly buggy. The mouse itself worked better without the program installed but made having all those buttons pointless.
Summary: When I finally got the mouse, I plugged it in and Razer automatically started downloading and installing a firmware update. That caused the mouse to become "Bricked". I was able to get the mouse replaced through Amazon. When the replacement got here the same thing happened. So the mouse is defective and I would tell everyone do not get it. Razer usually makes great products. Even Razer's tech support couldn't fix the mouse. All this mouse is a 140 dollar paper weight.
Summary: As soon as I plugged it in, the mouse worked fine. When I went to get the crystal bonus and install the firmware update the mouse completely bricked. Support tried but in the end they had me return it. More testing is required before letting out to purchase. It was cool when it worked, too bad the software could not keep up. [...
Summary: Don't usually write reviews. But after buying a brick of a mouse for Cataclysm (not sure who made that), I figured well Razer makes good quality items. I have a Tron mouse that I got on closeout and love it. The packaging for $139 is mostly cheap plastic, not a cool box like I'm used to from Razer. The mouse is neat. Feels a little big but I imagine that's to do with all the buttons on the side. Where you run into the problem is when you update and load the software.
Summary: Als erstes will ich Amazon loben. Hab so ca.
Summary: Razer bietet regelmäßig Updates an, wodurch der normale Gebrauch mittlerweile tadellos funktioniert.
