Summary: Impossible to get some exact replacement parts, such as the usb cord that specifically fits into this mouse. It is way too expensive and the customer service just gives you a runaround for a couple of weeks and tells you the parts are not available, check back later. For the money I paid for this mouse, you would think they would personally deliver a new cord to my door.
Summary: I really like this mouse but when I use it wireless it does freeze up from time to time for a brief second so I have been using it wired which works perfect. I did buy it originally because I could use it wireless which makes me upset that I can’t because it has that problem.
Summary: Ok, so if you are a Star Wars fan (like me), you would like this mouse even if it performed like crap. The truth is that I was expecting it to be great since I just paid about a hundred dollars for it. The truth is that it's just good. As a mouse it's just good and I was expecting great. But, if you are a Star Wars fan, a good mouse that's Star Wars is still great.
Summary: This product did not include color crystal as advertised. Clearly states on box includes color crystal code. When contacting Razer the had me remove software and reinstall, which still didn't work.
