Summary: I use a claw grip. And with that the buttons on the side are in the perfect position. I only with the glossy top didn't attract so much nastiness from my hands. Also the synapse 2.0 is pretty buggy. I have to spend 5-10 minutes just reselecting my many profiles onto the mouse. Granted this might not happen if I had a tower than a laptop but other mouses have the programs right on the mouse than the cloud...
Summary: The mouse is very glossy and starts to moist up after continuous use. I can't last a single League of Legends game without my hand sweating up. The buttons on the side are also very sensitive. If you're in an intense situation in a game and you start to grip your mouse even a tiny little bit more than usual, you're guaranteed to accidentally hit a button on the side. The thumb rest is too small for it to make any difference.
Summary: For the price you pay on Amazon, this mouse is worth it, but you can definitely find a mouse for around $15 that works well. The extra $45+ your paying is due to the brand name, look, side key binds, comfort. Comfort was and is a big deal to me and since I'm on the computer at least 1/5 of most days it was a good purchase. The product is 5 stars worth, but the point I'm getting at is most people won't need a nice mouse, but it was worth it to me.
Summary: Even with the heaviest weights in it, this mouse feels light-weight, nowhere near the game-specific mouse I had previously in weight, comfort, and useability. The positioning of the thumb buttons leaves much to be desired, and using it requires constant repositioning of your hand; this coupled with the lighter than expected weight means the mouse moves and targeting becomes wobbly. Better than nothing, but it could be MUCH improved.
Summary: I've had this mouse for around a year now, I've haven't really used it much because the tracking is not accurate, and wireless feature is pretty garbage. Always disconnects. Now I RMA it again, one the button is not responsive. It just shows that even with RMA products, you do not do any testing to ensure everything works. I might be unlucky getting lemons everytime, but I must be dreaming if I were to purchase their mice again. I WILL NOT BUY THIS MOUSE AGAIN.
Summary: I got that one because it was wireless and for the cool factor of color changing according to the game loaded, which suits my G19 keyboard. (I like eyecandy, sue me). Buttons are nice and all, though the lack of side-scrolling function is painful for me (not that I side scroll, I just love those buttons in games. It tends to randomly stop responding for no reason.
Pros: A whole lot of buttons., Customizable colors., Macroable.
Cons: Disconnects quite a bit, even when wired., Fast battery drain., No side-scrolling on mouse wheel.
Summary: ... it feels heavier than my Razer Diamondback 3G. The scroll wheel is noisy. And it is pricey. But I do like the shape and hex button arrangement. The software is easy to use and allows full customization.
Summary: **This is an edit of my previous review** Now that my product is working at 100% I am very satisfied with the mouse. I have had the mouse for nearly a week, and the product works great. Just as advertised. The mouse does not get a full 5 stars for two reasons. The two missing stars are for the slow customer support (I e-mailed razersupport.com once a day for 4 days before I received a reply), after that it took another two days for them to fully help me.
