Awesome mouse, if you dont mind that it wears out in a couple of years

Summary: This is my 3rd Naga in an 8 year period (give or take a year), so they dont last that long if you're a heavy gamer. Even so, I'm still a huge fan of the mouse itself. I'm thinking this time around I might give the logitech version a shot and see if it's any better.
Pros: I love this mouse! I have been purchasing the Naga series of mice since they first came out. I play a lot of different MMOs and the thumb buttons have been a huge help, it also comes in handy for editing photos. You can set macros for each of the buttons, so it makes gaming and picture editing quicker. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once I got used to the mouse my DPS practically doubled. However, I have VERY small hands, so it's fits me perfectly. My friends...
Cons: My only complaint is their customer service, my mouse is still under their 1 year warranty. The mouse came with a kink in the wire, I didnt think much of it until it started to fray and the wires became exposed and the mouse became mostly unusable unless I didnt move the wire. I contacted Naga who said they'd take it back and take a look at it - at my shipping expense. I sent pictures and they were willing to send me a Naga 2014 once they further examined it. That wou...
Summary: With the correct mouse pad (I'd recommend a razer one) and with some luck on the drivers, when the mouse works correctly, it's a dream to use. Be prepared to clean the mouse almost daily to remove grime as the materials used seem to attract skin oil and debris.
Pros: 1) design layout - the ergonomics and button positioning of this mouse have become industry standard for gamers with many other brands imitating now 2) overall features - has most if not all of the features you'd expect in a mid-high end gaming mouse
Cons: 1) materials - The materials that the left side thumb buttons and the mouse side skin are made of seem to collect excessive amounts of skin oil and debris and require almost daily cleaning. I have not experienced this before with other products 2) software - The razer synapse configurator software and razer drivers have caused intermittent problems with my PC, requiring complete removal and re-installation at times. symptoms are: mouse not detected when plugged in, or...
Summary: I purchased this mouse a while back to replace my junk of a Microsoft mouse that was giving me troubles. I wanted to go with a wireless version, but decided to save the money. Upon receiving the mouse it worked alright. I had a few issues getting the DPI to my setting, but overall it went fairly smooth. After a week the right click button stopped responding and the first row of additional keys stopped responding as well.
Pros: Fast install of drivers, easy setup for my gaming style, lighter than my previous mouse
Cons: DPI is a bit sluggish for my tastes, loses connection once or twice a day, warranty issues
Summary: Overall, the Razer line has a great cloud support system, and they just look so good. Sadly this model has some problems with button sensitivity, but overall it's a nice feeling mouse. I'd say it's not worth the $70 price tag, but maybe my unit is just defective. I won't condemn it, just wish that the buttons worked every time I pressed them.
Pros: This thing looks SHARP, it has a massive amount of buttons that a laid out in a mostly useful manner, and it just feels so good in your hand. The construction is solid, and the nylon braided cord is a nice touch.
Cons: The 1-12 buttons have very poor reactions. I find that they only work about 60% of the time, and when you're counting on them to function in a crucial point of a game, it gets frustrating when they don't. The additional buttons on the left mouse button area also are hard to find.
Summary: I'm going to have to look at replacing my current mouse soon. The aperiodic double-click on single clicks is extremely frustrating. Because of this single design flaw I am wary to repurchase a new Naga; despite loving the mouse. The additional numpad/side keys are awesome for gaming! Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
Pros: Great mouse for gaming. The scroll wheel is smooth, and the additional buttons next to the left-mouse button are wonderful. Easy to reach the side buttons with my thumb.
Cons: Short life span. Originally bought a Razr Naga in December 2009. In May of 2011, I had to replace with a new Razr Naga. It because it was having a weird "double-clicking" on a single click. As of September 2013, I'm experiencing the same issue. The mouse appears to "double click" on single clicks. It's very strange how two different batches (2 years apart), are experiencing the same issue after very similar time of use. This mouse works perfectly except for the fact t...
Summary: I bought this mouse a little over a year ago now, and recently had an issue with it. I contacted Razer Support to get it warrantied out and fixed because I love the mouse. Upon emailing them i sent them a copy of the original invoice from newegg which shows all my information, the shipment method everything, but still Razer says it's not valid. I've come to expect a lot more from Razer than this.
Pros: Great for FPS Games where switching weapons on the fly is crucial. Great speed and responsiveness.
Own two, RMA'd one and received another with the same issue.

Summary: My second Naga was never opened from the retail package until a few weeks back. Upon taking it out of the box I heard a part rattling inside of it, but the mouse seemed to be working. After a few days, I noticed it would not track anymore. I requested an RMA from Razer and they sent me a replacement Naga Molten. Problem is the replacement has the same exact rattling issue as the one I sent in. The serials are different, so I'm assuming it is not the same mouse.
Pros: Comfortable mouse, the click action has been holding up on my first Naga without any issues. Synapse 2.0 works well for my gaming needs.
Cons: The plastic that holds the weight in place inside the mouse seems to break easy at the factory or during shipping. See Other Thoughts.
Pros: Lots of buttons, poling control, high precision. Macros setups in the software simple to setup and understand.
Cons: Oh where to start, button 4/5 are in the worst position possible, not that your index finger can't reach them but with the case rolled away from your finger you'll miss it when under pressure, not a good design. the 12 button keypad is interesting but only the first 6 are accessible in a hurry the rest you have to reposition your thumb because for some idiotic reason they curved the pad away from the heel of your thumb so it makes them nearly impossible to press witho...
Summary: The mouse is small and the buttons are clearly not for everyone. They are small and fragile. I've had my naga for about 6 months and I have 3 buttons that will no longer work and my left click is also not clicking properly.
