Terrible Overall Quality in Both Hardware and Software

Summary: I got this mouse completely for free from a friend of mine whom had returned their previous 2 after their hardware either didnt work at all on arrival, or had components fail within only 4 months of purchase.
Pros: Decent range of DPI options and further customization, the 12 button num-pad can be pretty useful, functions pretty well given the software and hardware don't have any of the commonplace malfunctions
Cons: Both Software and Hardware are hit or miss on if they sustain functionality for a long usage period, with disconnect issues being extremely common. (Had issues with the software forgetting my preset DPI's, dropping out the cursor and clicking ability on reconnection, and outright inability to tur...
He has a disability which makes playing games like League of Legends difficult for him

Summary: I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He has a disability which makes playing games like League of Legends difficult for him. But now that he has this mouse it's much easier for him to just press the buttons on the side. It's a very sleek mouse. Love the feel of it. Works excellent.
Summary: The mouse has broke on me twice. The first one worked for about five months but then the cursor started to randomly freeze when I was playing games. The second on I decided to give another chance and this one broke in a matter of 2 months the same issue........
Summary: Amazing mouse. Great response. Love the side buttons and the grips. Overall, 5/5 stars! "But Nick, why is it only 2 stars" Well great question. You see, the catch with this marvelous mouse is it is a WONDERFUL product....IF it works. My mouse worked on wireless for about 2 weeks.
Summary: I purchased this and another Razer mouse (Standard Naga) and both, within six months of arrival, have started to fail. I tried to contact Razer, but it could only be replaced instead of refunded after so long.
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF @$#!. I've bought 2, 2 of them failed. First one I thought failed because of defects (it does happen). But the second is mid-failure. And BOTH do the same thing. After a while, the mouse will stick on the screen and you have to move it around alot to make it work again.
Summary: The RMA process is disappointing, as other have noted. I don't have much to add to what others have said about the poor durability and poor customer support over at Razer. People who give this device 5 eggs have done so because theirs hasn't failed yet, because it's worth 5 eggs before it fails.
Pros: Great mouse when it works. I couldn't be happier with its functional performance.
Cons: This device lacks the kind of durability and support I would expect of a product that costs this much. I paid full price for this thing on Razer's own website, and for that, I got a great mouse that didn't survive the warranty period. Two months before the manufacturer's warranty expiration, the ...
Summary: I would recommend Logitech products if you're looking for long lasting gadgets.
Pros: If you want to be great in MMO's then this is the mouse for you. When it works its the best on the market due to all the buttons.
Cons: I've owned two of these mouses. The first one I turned in after a few months due to double clicking issues. Then the next one lasted me a litle longer but now its having right clicker mouse problems. It comes lose in game when holding it down to turn. They don't make things these days to last long.
Pros: I've been using Razer game booster for a long time now and it honestly made my gaming experience all the more worthwhile. It hasn't been long since i bought my first razer product the razer blackwidow gaming keyboard! When i first bought it i couldn't find any flaw with it!!!! I was so happy and ...
