Summary: I work in IT, and have used quality game mice at home for years, however it occurred to me that I spend 8 hours + per day working on a junker generic mouse. Best purchase you can make for work. I would also recommend a quality keyboard.
Pros: This mouse works well...very well...Great really. The tactile response on the buttons is perfect, all its components are top quality. And best of all its Teflon feet are quick.
Cons: What can I say? I guess most people would say Price however the lifespan and performance far outweigh that. So my con will be I have yet to find a mouse that doesn't have some cosmic attraction to pocket lint or whatever builds up on the bottom of mice feet over time. Keep your mouse clean!
Summary: Bought one of these for home system, later bought another at my own expense for use at the office. Once you get used to how perfectly these feel and perform on a nice mousepad (say, Icemat Rev 2), you'll not be able to go back to standard mice.
Pros: Lightest Razer mouse I've used, so it's ideal for control using your fingers (rather than resting entire palm on mouse). Infrared sensor (vs laser-based) makes tracking longer, steady, sweeps of the mouse more accurate. Mouse lighting is muted, so it's not as abrasive when gaming at night as most...
Cons: Only 3 buttons, including the mouse wheel button.
Summary: Well you get what you pay for. Id go for the diamondback or the other razer mice.
Pros: Its sleek, and uhhhh well look at the cons.....
Cons: First of all the light on the scroll wheel and the sides aren't as bright as they are in the pictures, in fact they are really dim. The sensitivity was at like 1000 when i first plugged it in, my mouse on the screen had a seizure for about 20 min after i first used it, then it just stopped and it...
Pros: The mouse slides over any surface like its lubed! I can't stress how smooth the operation of this mouse is. The buttons feel great, click great, and it picks up the tiniest of movements, really making headshots a lot easier. Also I love the cool yellow-orange color.
Pros: This mouse is so amazing i love it... i play cs with it all the time ... its such a beautiful, well rounded mouse! It fits my hand so well almost like a part of you. The lights are bright enough, but not too bright to blind you. All in all, i love it!
Cons: Gotta get use to the sensitivity of it. You can lower it, but thats not taking full advantage of what it has to offer, but hey, to each his own.
Summary: I have owned the Diamondback and now have the krait and its identical in every way.
Pros: Mouse is incredibly light and smooth and it can be used on virtually any surface. No special mouse pad is required. I use the surface of my desk and its still super precise. New egg shipping is incredible.
Cons: Some times you may experience a glitch or 2 in FPS games where you will be staring at the ground spinning at 1 million rpms.
Summary: You really should only have to use the software once, maybe if they removed the gold-plated usb plug it would bring down the price even more, same with the software's appearance. Find a store with it and see how you like the feel. Newegg rocks.
Pros: Cheap for a nice mouse, long cable, tracks nice on many surfaces, slides around nice, Lightweight, buttons click easily, shape is nice.
Cons: The mouse-wheel button click is a bit stiff for my liking, software is a bit over the top with graphics and such, lights can be a bit obnoxious if you're leaving your computer on
