Summary: TL;DR: If you want a long lasting, quality gaming mouse, buy something else. Ergonomics are great and I love the way it feels, but the lack of quality construction leaves much to be desired and leads to many functional issues.
Summary: I love the feel and look of this mouse. However, like a lot of reviewers I'm reading, mine just stopped working 5 months to a year in. I liked the other aspects so much, that I have replaced it three times now and my third one is just now beginning to go the way of the others.
Summary: Worked well when the mouse actually worked. I like the adjustable side buttons. Fits well for a palm grip. When I first got the mouse, I had a problem in which the mouse would randomly disconnect from the computer.
Summary: I received this mouse as a gift. Right out of the box I had issues with the left click. Almost 10% of the time it double clicks, 5% is doesn't even register. After researching the product I was amazed to find how common this problem was.
Pros: This is a comfortable mouse and it has good button layout. I like the variation in intensity of the lighting on the mouse as well. Good stepping of the default sensitivity levels for dpi, and it is easy to switch on the fly.
Cons: A problem that seems to plague Razer mice ended up snagging this one as well. For a major mouse manufacturer, this problem seems to be occurring far more often t...
Summary: After one year of casual use of my Imperator 2012, the rear thumb button failed and started double-clicking with a single press. I had previously owned a Copperhead, and the left mouse button began double-clicking after about five years of use.
Pros: Good looks. Responsive. Fits my hand well.
Cons: Failed after about a year, and one of the buttons started double-clicking. Horrible and ineffective customer support.
this was my second imperator/ first of the 2012 version

Summary: Shame i love the layout of the buttons on the mouse it just seems like their is some issue with the hardware.
Pros: Great mouse, while they work
Cons: My first Imperator was the previous generation and the scroll wheel just "gave out" that's the best way to describe it. This one started to randomly freeze the pointer 9 months after i got it and right now it disconnects and reconnects to the computer at least once every other hour. I have sent a...
