Summary: I've been using this mouse since 2007. I was 13 years old when I purchased the original boomslang 2000dpi ball mouse and I've never looked back. The CE 2007 is IMO the greatest mouse ever produced, I have big hands and this is the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. Its now 6 years old and in worried about having to replace it, I should have bought 2 when they were released, but too late now. As for the people who base a mouse's quality on dpi alone, they're wrong.
Summary: I used this mouse in the past and it was just the best I've used. I looked into buying one for myself but turns out they're sold out on pretty much every site. Honestly I still want one for the sake and potential value this thing can achieve, but even though this was released with only 10000 available, I'd NEVER. EVER. Buy a mouse that's only half as good as my Razer Mamba 2012 and came out 5 years ago for over 1000 bucks. Retail for this thing was much cheaper.
Summary: I absolutely love the style and look of this mouse which is probably my #1 reason for buying it. I received it in the mail and gave it a test drive. At first I kept clicking the side buttons on accident, and well over a month later I find myself continuing to make that mistake! Here is a breakdown of how I rated it Looks: 5/5- This thing looks sick! stylish body, titanium colored top, and green mouse wheel and underbelly. Love it.
Summary: I can see why some complain about its comfort level. I personally like it, but the wide front, and its design to fit ambidextrously stops it from perfecting left or right. jack of all trades etc etc. but it is a master at being nice for big hands. only 1 button on each side, which while at first that seems horrible, its actually good. one big button that is much more versatile for me.
Summary: What can I say? It has a metal housing (not just painted plastic), the buttons are huge, and it slides like glass across a surface. It has a very low-profile design which makes it ideal for gaming. I traded off my Logitech G7 (cordless G5) for it, and it met my expectations for doing so. Pros- EXTREMELY accurate. It may say 1800dpi, but it's instant (1ms response). Huge over-sized buttons which allow you to stretch and move your fingers around during a game session.
Summary: I strongly dislike having to return items. It's a shame this is the first item I've ever returned to Amazon. The mouse worked fine. Great tracking. Rubber button feel was nice. The problem was that my hand felt uncomfortable while using this mouse -- almost cramped. If I held it like I would natually hold most mice, my thumb or pinky finger would inadvertenly press the side buttons -- this was very annoying while playing a few minutes of Half Life 2.
Summary: Pros: It is a very high quality mouse with the amazing 3G sensor that is just as good or even better than it's hype suggests. Tracking is super smooth and accurate. It feels great in your hand, even though it's a bit on the large side. It comes with extra teflon feet for when yours wear out, which is a big plus and the software is very easy to use and has a lot of features. I highly recommend this mouse, it's top notch.
Awesome mouse, even more outstanding then the original!

Summary: I used the original Razer Boomslang mouse that came out around ten years ago. It was the best accessory you could buy for PC gaming. This Collector's Edition has done it one better by switching to an optical sensor and adding extra buttons. It's so smooth, and the size is just perfect, my hand never cramps anymore. Of course, the green LEDs are a nice touch, too.
