Summary: Please somebody make a silent mouse that is actually a good mouse and not such a cheap piece of junk!
Pros: I love the concept of a silent mouse. Why do mice make that stupid click anyway, just to confirm that the user clicked on the mouse? It's stupid and annoying.
Cons: This mouse is silent but it is a very cheap and frustrating implementation. It skips a lot which is driving me crazy and sometimes the button doesn't work. If I don't press the button hard enough, it doesn't register. So i'll be clicking on a link and wonder why it takes so long to load only to r...
Pros: Nice rubber surface. Quieter than most mice.
Cons: Stops working at random times for random amounts of time. Laughably bad, poorly translated documentation. It has a "DPI" button but there's no indication of what setting you're in. It is NOT silent. About the same quality as the $6 one i bought on an auction site from Hong Kong. I'm returning it ...
Summary: Wife was so tired of me clicking while we watch TV together, I had to find a solution. After reading the other reviews and seeing the price I decided to give it a chance. I am more than happy with my mouse. So is she,
Pros: Quiet, Comfortable. Looks nice. Feels well built.
Cons: The mouse is not silent. This is very strange for a mouse advertised as silent, is it so hard to make a silent mouse? The mouse stopped working after one month. It just died. I tried various batteries thinking it was problem with the batteries, but nothing helped. While it worked, I had a hard ti...
Summary: I bought two of these as a test and I've used them both extensively; moving them from system to system. I've had to put the transmitter into a USB extender on the top of the desk rather than into the desktop chassis.
Pros: Less noise than a regular mouse and what noise there is is less penetrating than a regular mouse.
Cons: Sometime need to remove batteries to reset them. Poor range but workable with thought.
Summary: Everything was fine and dandy for about a month, then the build quality really started to show. This mouse literally has degraded over the course of a month and I now no longer use it. Disregard my previous reviews recommendation unless you want to buy a new one every month.
Pros: In the beginning it was a great mouse, and did everything expected. It still retains its quietness to this day, but I can't say the same for the rest.
Cons: The sensor has gone to hell, literally. The mouse cursor will randomly start spasms every 5 minutes while in use. The rubberized coating now has bubbles and has torn in some places in the area where the palm rests.
Summary: After years of frustation with high priced, name brand mice, this option was ideal. And getting rid of that annoying click click click for 8 hours a day is well worth the price. Even if I have to buy several each year.
Pros: Almost totally silent, comfortable size and good tracking. Has a small nano receiver that stores in the mouse and when receiver is removed from pc, the mouse actually turns off. Smooth tracking and price is very resonable.
Cons: Some may not like the "feel" of the matte finish on the mouse. Instructions are skimpy with no information regarding the DPI button. Scroll button works great when surfing the net, but does not function in all applications.
Summary: I'd like to deduct an egg for having the worst range on an RF product ever, but for the price and the silence, it's not a bad trade. Overall I've owned this mouse for over a month and have had no problems. Apparently I am lucky, seeing some of the other reviews.
Pros: No *click* noise. Long battery life. Almost silent operation, aside from the DPI button and dull tap noise from mouse buttons.
Cons: Extremely short range for an RF mouse. I literally have to keep the mouse withing 2 feet of the receiver, in order for any movement to register.
