Summary: This mouse pad tends to collect a bit of gunk from my hands like a mouse would over time.. it interrupts with my Razer Mamba Elite just like the actual surface of the pad. not a fan of the mouse. wish I could have returned it. I do like the pad though.
Pros: Smooth surfacing, easy glide for pro gamers, lots of space
Cons: This works badly with my R.A.T. 5 and my Razer Mamba Elite. Both very impressive mice on any other surface but this one for some reason. The RAT 5 doesnt register on this pad and the Razer Mamba Elite when sitting on the pad for 10 seconds without moving it thinks its not on a surface and then kinda skips a bunch slightly when moving it for about 1 second. I have messed with my mouse settings, but the mouse sensitivity doesnt want to budge from automatic. My buddy use...
Summary: I will be buying another one of these for my wife's computer.
Pros: I didn't buy this from Newegg but I feel that I must give it a review here. This is by far the best pad I have ever owned. I use a CM Storm Recon mouse and it glides across this pad effortlessly. I had to get use to it at first and ended up moving my dpi way down to adjust. The rubber bottom keeps the pad securely in place.
Cons: The only time I have trouble with it is when I get messy and little bits of dirt/food/whatever get on the hard surface. This cause the mouse to slide across the surface like it was on sand but a quick wipe down fixes that problem.
Summary: Only for those with some room to spare. This thing ain't slight.
Pros: Mionix has made hands down the best mouse pad ever. The Propus 380 is amazing in just about every way. It's large enough to give you plenty of room to do whatever you need, but not so large as that it becomes cumbersome. It has a super smooth surface, that feels like silk, or butter, or both. Tracking is PHENOMENAL, and unlike cloth, doesn't get filthy and is easy to clean. Others have mentioned some compatibility issues with certain mouses (i.e. RAZER), but since I'm...
Pros: This is one of the best gaming pads I have ever had. What sets it apart from others is that it is a solid and sturdy pad and does not become as filthy as the clothe pads do over age. Which I like. The only drawback I would mention, is that it is not compatible with all mice. I used this pad up until I upgraded to a Razer Naga, and I found that the Razer was unable to track AT ALL on this pad. Fact, I could not even move my mouse, it would not even register. I am assum...
Cons: Other than compatibility with different optic/laser mice, it has no drawbacks
Summary: Besides durability and ware, great mouse pad.
Pros: Extremely smooth, the texture looks amazing and it had a nice hint of green theme to it. Even when worn, it felt better than most out of the box mouse cloth pads (Had the experience of ordering an xtrac ripper which felt horrible compared to this).
Cons: Did not last. Like another review said, the mouse pad was worn out within a month or two. Despite it being worn it, it still had the friction of a new cloth pad. The even friction does get to me however, it was annoying having the center area at a different friction level than others. Clean this thing if you eat your desk, crumbs will get on your mouse feet and cause an irritating scratching feel.
Summary: Nothing to take a egg off, but because it is a hard pad the edges have a nice angle. It doesn't bother me but it might bother some. Another side note. I have had no issue with the surface of this pad. I clean/change the feet of my mouse when they get dirty/worn out, wash my hands (hate oil/gunk on my mice and pads) and I don't wash my pad, just wipe it down with a Microfiber cloth (repeated use of water/cleaner will take the surface right off of most other mats I have...
Pros: Playing shooters and drawing with a mouse for around 19 years. This is by far the best pad all around. Great tracking and a great "feel" as you glide the mouse across the surface. I have ad no issues with wear and tear. The surface is a good as the day I opened the package. I have had it since Feb 9, 2012.
