Laser has a mind of its own, totally useless mouse

Summary: I got this mouse at the insistence of my Swedish friends, as I do professional gaming on PC. The first one I got had a laser that would randomly go off doing loop-d-loops (not sure how to spell that out) and making the mouse unusable. I got Amazon to send out a new one which worked fine for about a week then started the same problem. At that point I contacted Mionix who said it was a firmware issue and was to be fixed soon.
Summary: I bought this mouse and used it for about a week. In that time it was amazing. Super responsive, fit my hand perfectly, and the weight system gave it good balance. I just tried to update the firmware and it failed. My mouse is now completely bricked and won't be recognized by anything.
Summary: The mouse in general is good looking and seems to be a good mouse if it had worked for me, I tried it for the first few minutes and it was starting to jitter when I was in the software mouse pad tracking feature, I tried rebooting but the problem persisted. I then figured out I could upgrade the firmware of the mouse from Mionix, but the update failed and I end up with a bricked near 100$ mouse.
Summary: This mouse was nice while it worked. This mouse was comfortable, very accurate and had a great dpi on the fly switch. So you ask why do I rate it a one star? Well, I have laptop for work that gets alot of use and a gaming computer I don't use that much. I have had this mouse on my gaming computer for a little over one and a half years and it is dead. My cheap dell mouse on my work laptop still works great and has probably had 8x the usage hours on it or more.
Summary: Just picked mine up the bottom pads are all scratched up. the box was fully sealed so it doesnt look like ncix has tempered it. I better get mine exchanged tomorrow. looking at linus's video, his bottom pads looks great compare to mine t http://i.minus.com/ival2ioAvdCRd.jpg brand new? most like used!
Summary: Defective Mouse. One of the slots for the weight is broken. There is a piece of plastic sticking out so I can only insert 9/10 weights. When I first opened the box, there were finger marks on the mouse and the box containing the weights was worn out; this mouse was definitely used even though Amazon said it was brand new. The software I downloaded from their website does not work. There was a sticker on the box from CompuServe. Don't EVER buy from Compuserve.
Summary: I am not able to boot my computer with this mouse plugged in. If I unplug the mouse, the computer will boot, then I can plug the mouse in. But, I don't work like that. This seems to be a fairly common problem with this mouse. It does not get past the BIOS POST on many systems. I have upgraded the mouse firmware, am running my mobo's latest firmware, and have even turned off the Legacy Mouse USB setting in my BIOS. Still no boot.
Summary: So I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this product. I wanted an Elite Gaming mouse to help step up my game on BFBC2. I found the Naos 5000 to have high scores on just about every review I ran into. I paid $80 plus shipping and the mouse couldn't get here fast enough. My initial observations were exactly what I expected: -Nice texture -Programmable buttons -Programmable LEDs -Plenty of buttons -Braided USB cord -Customizable Weights Then the actual use of the...
Summary: Av någon anledning äter denna mus min CPU.
