Summary: That pretty much covers the pictorial tour of the Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse and what it can do. I have to say that this is one of my favorite tools in the computer world these days. I take my laptop everywhere I go so having a very portable mouse to take along makes it that much easier and enjoyable. As for me and my laptop, we are getting along just fine now that we agree the touchpad is a thing of the past.
Pros: Great size for traveling, Feels great in your hand, Excellent response time, Great for traveling with the tucked away USB receiver hidden in the bottom, Battery lasts and lasts and lasts and lasts, Easy access to the battery and connection button, Solid wheel scrolling, No drivers needed, but if you use them buttons/wheel are configurable, USB receiver compact and adjustable, Reasonable price
Cons: Um, if I have to be greedy I'd say a side button is the only thing I would add
Summary: The Microsoft
Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse is a unique mouse that offers excellent
ergonomic and aesthetic design that people only dreamed of. The mouse is
lightweight, small and extremely portable. It is a prime example of perfection
at its peak for the many features it is comprised of. It utilizes only one AA
battery and lasts on a average of three months. It moves smoothly across any
surface and has precise accuracy.
Pros: Cordless, Portable, Long battery life, Easy installation, Accurate, Requires only one AA battery, Flawless connection between the mouse and the receiver
Conclusion: This mouse is perfect for the mobile user. The Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse has a great design and is small enough to bring along any trip, and in combination with the Optical technology will work anywhere on anything, too. Even though it is a little more expensive than the Microsoft Notebook Optical Mouse, the design itself is worth it and the price will surely drop in the future.
