Excerpt: I absolutely DO NOT recommend this product. The blue light sensor began turning off by itself a month after purchase. I put new batteries in the mouse to try to alleviate the problem and I made sure it was turned off at the end of my work day. It worked for a few more days but today it has died. Rest in peace microsoft mouse. I am returning for a Logitech. Hopefully I will get better results!
Cons: Performance, Build Quality, size is too small
Excerpt: I bought this mouse after reading the reviews that the squeaking issues have been fixed in the new version. DON'T BE FOOLED. This thing squeaks like crazy. I liked everything else in the mouse, the size is perfect, it fits very well in my (right) hand, wireless set up is quick and reliable and scrolling is fast. If they could fix the squeaking issue, this could be the perfect mouse but right now the squeaking is intolerable.
Excerpt: Bought it. Plugged it in. Used it for 2 weeks. Broke because it got stuck in my USB port and now does not work when I plug it into my computer. Hooray. Had to use a pair of pliers to get the stupid thing out. Not happy.
Pros: Accurate Tracking, Fast Response, Glides Smoothly, Great Features, Works On Any Surface
Excerpt: Bought in the store as it was on sale. Eats batteries. I've had it 3 weeks and am on the third battery. My last Logitech wireless went over a year without a fresh battery. I've ordered another Logitech M350 and will trash this MS mouse as soon as the logitech arrives.
Summary: Bought to replace a Kensigton mouse I've had for years just because USB plug was small. It is different to the 3500 I'd bought previously, the USB plug is stored under the battery cover and the battery was dead after I put it away for a week without switching it off - my Kensington would last a year.
Summary: After installing (which required a software download) and starting to use this mouse on my windows pc I began to have problems with pages on my computer freezing, it got so bad it eventually froze up completely and I couldn`t get it to do any thing apart from open, it wasn`t even closing properly. As the only new device or software was from the mouse, I removed the wireless usb receiver, shut down my laptop and turned it on again to find it was now working fine.
It did not worked.. Stops after using few minutes.
