Summary: This is a Microsoft keyboard that is not compatible with Microsoft OS. There were no drivers to be found for it. It is still in the box unused. We keep checking for drivers but not holding out much hope at this point. Very disappointed. The board itself seems fine. I would love the chance to actually use it.
Summary: Item arrived in a non-Microsoft box. Why? Refurbished? Obsolete? Retrieved from the Microsoft trash bin? On loading the software I discovered it is not compatible with Windows 7 and there is no fix. I don't know what it is compatible with. The seller should have disclosed this limitation. I got a refund but only after asking, and I had to eat the $11 it cost to send it back.
Summary: I've used this wireless keyboard & mouse for a few years now with no troubles other than some keys do get a bit sticky over time. A protective cover helps keep that from happening. I even take the laser desktop along when I travel, and use it with my laptop. I have a habit of resting my wrists on the mouse pad of the laptop when I type, and that puts my cursor in some weird places sometimes. When I do that funny things happen.
Summary: I bought this set for my husband. We've had no problems with the keyboard, however, the mouse is the worst mouse I've ever used. I don't even know how to describe it. It's sluggish and nearly impossible to use no matter what settings we used. I can find absolutely no redeeming qualities for this mouse other than it did work, just not acceptably. I finally just ordered him a new mouse. I went with the same Logitech Nano that I have and love!
Summary: Macintosh keyboards are elegant, sophisticated and attractive...but IMHO, not much good for heavy duty work. I spend a lot of time on the computer for work or play, and the flat, congested keyboards Apple offers slow me down and are uncomfortable to use for extended periods. I am fast on the keyboard and have large hands, and have had to get replacements for the units that came with my last three desktop Macs and for my Windows box as well.
Summary: This is the fourth keyboard of this design I've purchased for my office computers. I dictate documents or letters rarely and do 99% of my document production (and of course e-mails) myself, so keyboard ergonomics are critical. The keyboard layout is great - I particularly like the nice, big, easily-stroked DELETE key - and the rest of the keys are big enough and spaced apart enough that a concrete-fingers like me isn't going to be hitting the wrong keys as I blast away.
