Excerpt: I've had this precise model of mouse for over a year and was receiving a new 1 for a unique pc, but it arrived DOA. "Device not recognized", tried it in a number of computers, similar thing in all of em. I've got a handful of of these mice in unique computers and they're nonetheless kickin' it, so I figure this is an really rare occurrence. Arrived DOA, what can I say?
Excerpt: Large, lit up, sturdy(for the most part) flimsy scroll wheel, Major!!!, appears bulky, light is often on(bright), hollow feeling The logitechs are way additional sleek and sturdy not hollow feeling
Excerpt: *The scroll wheel is ridged and has a very great feel. Why are most scroll wheels created of smooth rubber anyway? The scroll wheel on this mouse is fantastic.*Simple to install and use. It just functions. This mouse is rather huge. Personally, I like smaller mice, which signifies I use my fingertips to move/control it.
Excerpt: Did the job with no problems for a year. Solid construction (hard to take apart) Lasted only about a year before dying though in use.Shortest life of any mouse I have ever owned. While using the mouse on a PC running Windows 7, the mouse became erratic (working, then not, each and every second or two), the PC beeped and error messages about unknown USB device or driver install had failed. The red glow kept coming on and off and altering USB ports didn't support.
Summary: I prefer wired to wireless (more certain, I've found). This one works OK. The buttons and wheel are positive - no slippage or false clicks - but it doesn't respond to too much downwards pressure onto the pad (ie it doesn't work then!). But, together with my new Kensington Duo Gel mat (with wrist rest) it's super - good speed when skimming the mat, rather than "ironing" it.

Well made and constructed. The design is optimum for fitting most peoples hands. Its response to your hand movements is smooth and it has a light feel to it which means ...
