Summary: I just like so much this mouse. It is not wireless, but looks very nice and smooth. It has two extra buttons on left side: one for "Back" button and one for "Magnifying" to make something look bigger, especially good for reading small size text.
Great 5 button mouse; better than my first Intellimouse Expl

Summary: I loved my 1st Intellimouse Explorer since it first came out, about 5-6 years ago? But the left click started "double clicking" last week, and I had to buy a new one. I was worried by the reviews I read here, but the 4.0 is a great mouse.
Have both wired and wireless. The BEST scroll wheel.

Summary: Always liked MS mice for their effortless clicking switches. I do not think I ever had one fail... The scroll wheel on this mouse is what brings it to a 5. The scroll is silky smooth and without annoying clicks. The side buttons work fine with practice.
Summary: I had the wireless version of this mouse. I changed it with this one. It's the exact same mouse but wired. The reasons I prefer this one over the wireless version are: -Wireless had reception and interference problems, this one is robust.I had to keep the receiver really close, so whats the point...
Summary: Received it today. Works flawlessly. Not sure why it is identified as 3.0 (I also have the 3.0 version - non-tilt wheel). Scrolling vertically is very smooth, horizontally it might depend on the speed you set, but not bad.
Excerpt: I like it well enough. nothing terribly fancy. not a million buttons to accidentially hit and its wireless. Very cool. The only bad thing I could really say is that it runs off of batteries and sometimes my computer stays on for two, three days at a time and it kills the battery.
Excerpt: Normally I am one to joke about Microsoft, and their faulty operating systems etc?. I cannot in any way fault this product, it is an excellent mouse in every way. It is extremely comfortable, reliable, stylish and works brilliantly.
